Growing up, Abby’s Mom was constantly mixing eclectic antiques with new pieces, fusing modern minimalism with an appreciation for the past. This design sensibility stuck with Abby as she earned her Master’s in Interior Architecture from The Boston Architectural College, and it became the north star of A.L Design, which she founded in 2021.

Abby’s insatiable curiosity and love of travel continues to this day. She mixes work with pleasure on annual trips abroad, where she sources the vintage and antique pieces featured on The Edit. When Abby isn’t designing she can be found spending time with family, frequenting her neighborhood’s restaurants and hunting for treasures.
